Everlasting Romance

Wedding season has arrived and with it, one of the busiest times of year for florists. To make life easier, we've hand-selected faux and dried essentials that'll withstand the summer heat for an all-day wedding event.

At the centre of the bouquet is a selection of blousy blooms intertwined with pockets of dried Bunny Tails. Finish the arrangement with some whimsical Asparagus Fern to create movement and a soft halo to your bouquet.

The Method:

Begin by selecting the flowers you would like to be at the centre of the arrangement. In this instance, we chose the White Garden Rose, Cosmos and Asparagus Fern to give height to the centre. It's important in a wedding bouquet for every angle to look good and be packed full of interest. So, for this arrangement, we did the insert and twist technique when creating it to ensure the bottom of the arrangement looked as good as the top.

Once you've got your structure with the first three stems, start working in a clockwise motion. Select a different bloom as you go along, then twist your hand and add another and so on until you get the desired spiral effect. Tie the knot with your selected ribbon.
